i grew up suffering lot of sleepless nights - i would lie perfectly awake for hours in the darkness - until i began to see that everything glowed - with time - you need to wait for the light get to you
Here I capture my home at night without any lights on. These are long exposures - recreating the reassurance I had that I could see in the dark as long as I took the time to look. I retrace my steps from past encounters with the night, sitting still as the camera takes in light and embracing that stillness, transcending my fear of the dark, knowing that the only thing I need to is to wait for the light to come to me.
